This is to inform the general public that application is hereby invited from interested individuals for admission into the various departments of the above named school.
PROGRAMMES AVAILABLE AND THEIR ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

COURSES OFFERED

(Ai) COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (CHEW) COURSE- 3 years DIPLOMA
Prospective candidates should possess five (5) credits at WASC, NECO, or GCE ‘O’ Level at not more than two (2) sittings. The five credit must be in the following subject; Biology, English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics .
(Aii) JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKERS (JCHEW)- 2years CERTIFICATE
Prospective candidates must possess three (3) credits WASC, NECO, SSSC, or GCE ‘O’ level examination at not more than two (2) sittings. The three (3) credits must include: English Language, Biology, Mathematics and any other two passes which include (i) an one of Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Food and Nutrition, and anyone (1) of Economic, Agricultural Science, Accountants or Commerce.
(Bi) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY (ND)- 2years
Prospective candidates should possess five credits passes in WASC, SSCE, NECO, or GCE ‘O’ level examinations at not more than two (2) sittings or its equivalent as may be approved by EHORECON or WAHEB. The subjects must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
(Bii) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY (HND)-2 years
Prospective candidates must possess National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Technology with evidence of completion of one (1) year relevant work experience (Industrial Training) in addition to Ci above.
(Biii) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN -3years DIPLOMA
Prospective candidates should possess three (3) credits and two (2) passes in WAEC, NECO, and GCE ‘O’ level or Teacher (TC II) certificates at not more than two (2) sittings. The three (3) credits and two (2) passes must include the following subjects: English Language, Biology/Health Science. Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing and any other subjects.Mathematics would be an advantage.

(Biv) ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANT- 2years CERTIFICATE
Prospective candidates should possess four (4) passes in WASC, SSCE, GCE ‘O’ level or NECO examinations at not more than two (2) sittings. The passes must include: one science subject and any other three (3) subjects.A pas in English language will be an added advantage.

(Bv)  PUBLIC HEALTH -2years DIPLOMA

Prospective candidate should possess five (5) credits in WASC, SSCE or GCE O’ Level or NECO examinations. This credit should include Mathematics, English Language, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Physics.

(Bvi) HEALTH EDUCATION - 2 years DIPLOMA
Prospective candidates should possess four credit passes in WASC, SSSC, and GCE ‘O’ level or NECO examinations. This credit passes should include Mathematics, English Language, Biology or Health Science and any one (1) of the following subjects: Chemistry, Economics or Geography at not more than two (2) sittings.

(Bvii) FOOD HYGIENE – 2years DIPLOMA
Prospective candidate should possess five (5) credits in WASC, SSCE or GCE O’ Level or NECO examinations. This credit should include Mathematics, English Language, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Physics.

(Ci) HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN-3 years DIPLOMA
Prospective candidates must possess five (5) credit passes in WASC, SSCE, GCE ‘O’ level, NECO or NABTEB examination or its equivalent, which must include credit in English Language, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry/Physics, Mathematics and any one other subject at not more than two (2) sittings.
(Cii) HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (ND)-2years
Prospective candidates must possess five (5) credit passes in WASC, SSCE, GCE O’level, NECO or NABTEB examination or its equivalent which must include English Language, Biology, Chemistry/Physics, Mathematics and any other one subject at not more than two sittings..

(Ciii) COMPUTER STUDIES- Diploma, Certificate.
REMEDIAL STUDIES-   6 months
This is intended to make up for O’level deficiencies.

Applications are invited from suitable candidates into remedial studies of the college, it is aimed at preparing candidates for automatic admission into any courses of study into the college.

Admission into the College of Health Technology Offa is automatic provided a remedial programme as follows:

1. Obtained a minimum of 2.0CGP from O’level subjects undertook at the college
2. Remedied all necessary O’level deficiencies

All successful candidates will be placed into courses of their choice.

5.Honor thy tutors and thy books. Thou shall not be late to or absent from school.
6..Remember thy tests and mock exams and keep thy heads and hands holy and clean.
7.Honor thy father and  thy mother who paid thy fees at P.A.S.S and remember the economic situation in the country.
8.Thou shall not commit ‘RAPID RESPONSE’ offenses like writing graffiti on school walls or smoking in the toilets.
9.Thou shall not bear false witness at school of what thou art not and cannot be allowed to be by thy parents at home.
10.Thou shall not covet the shoes, or bags, or belts, or clothes, or hairdo of thy classmates as these shall only distract thy attention.
